If you purchased for resale Chocolate Candy made by Defendants from someone other than a Defendant, (indirect purchase), this Notice is for you:

If you made both direct and indirect purchases of Chocolate Candy made by Defendants, you should look at both Legal Notices.
IMPORTANT DATES
October 21, 2011: Deadline for requests for exclusion from the Cadbury Settlement.
November 28, 2011: Deadline for objections to the Cadbury Settlement to be received by the Court.
November 28, 2011: Deadline to submit a Notice of Intention to Appear at the Fairness Hearing.
December 12, 2011 at 10:30 a.m.: Fairness Hearing to determine whether to grant final approval of the Cadbury Settlement.

Which Defendants Settled?
Settlements have been reached with Defendants Cadbury Holdings Ltd., Cadbury plc, and Cadbury Adams Canada, Inc.
Who are the remaining Defendants?
The remaining Defendants are Hershey Canada, Inc., The Hershey Company, Mars, Inc., Mars Snackfood US, LLC and Nestlé U.S.A., Inc.
What is Chocolate Candy?
Chocolate Candy means chocolate bars and other confectionery products made by a Defendant and packaged to be sold at retail.
