Defendants, you should look at both Legal Notices.

Deadline for requests for exclusion from the Cadbury Settlement.

November 28,
2011: Deadline for objections to the Cadbury
Settlement to be received by the Court.

November 28,
2011: Deadline to submit a Notice of Intention to
Appear at the Fairness Hearing.

December 12,
2011 at 10:30 a.m.: Fairness Hearing to determine whether
to grant final approval of the Cadbury Settlement.
